Waterfront Developments
The Waterfront at Emerald Bay will
be one of the most exclusive developments in the entire Bahamas .
Just 86 Estate Villas will circle the 11 acre harbour currently under
construction. Situated adjacent to the Emerald Bay Mega
Yacht marina, with unobstructed views of the Ocean, The Waterfront is
ina truly breathtaking location. Every Estate Villa at The Waterfront
development will have its own private boat slip.
Owners can choose from a range of 4 Villa designs, and a further choice of façades.
Infrastructure will include 20-foot wide asphalt surfaced roads with storm drains
at road curbing and street lights. Underground services will consist of electric,
telephone, cable TV, internet, sewer and water. Verges will all be landscaped.
